Every athlete's journey is more than highlights and stats. It's early mornings, long nights, and countless hours chasing a dream. But beyond the field, the path isn't always clear. Recruiting can feel scattered, spread across DMs, spreadsheets, and hallway conversations, with no clear system behind it.
That's the problem we set out to solve.
Viszy was founded by athletes who have lived that frustration firsthand, watching talent go unseen simply because it was never structured, verified, or discoverable in the first place. We knew there had to be a better way to bring everything an athlete needs into one place.
So we built Viszy. Athletes build a verified Viszy Card that tells their story in stats and Aura Points. They post their game film to the Highlight Portal, where a leaderboard and Weekly Top 5 Showcase help great plays get seen. They join the conversation in Takes and Predictions, earning Knowledge Points and Crowd Points for the calls they get right. And when it's time to get recruited, the Recruiting Portal turns a verified profile into real interest, with compliance built in from the first swipe.

Richard is a former all conference Division 1 athlete and graduate of Howard University,with an unyielding passion for creating a platform to unify the sports community and bring visibility and opportunities to every athlete. As Co-Founder of Viszy, he is a visionary leader driving the company's strategy and growth.
Richard's journey as a former two-sport athlete gave him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to stand out in a competitive world. He masterfully blends this competitive experience with a formidable professional background: strategic sports marketing expertise from his impactful time at Nike and a proven track record in technology sales from Google, where he honed his skills in data-driven execution and stakeholder management.
This powerhouse combination of athletic grit and corporate acumen is not just a resume, it's the foundation of Viszy's mission. To build a platform that transforms an athlete's talent from potential into undeniable, tangible opportunity.

Goba is an engineer, athlete, and entrepreneur whose path reflects both discipline and vision. He earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from Howard University, where he also competed as a standout member of the Howard Track & Field team.
After walking on to the team, Goba went on to set four school records, proof of his relentless drive and discipline. Drawing on that journey, he gained perspective on a broader challenge in sports: too many athletes lack the visibility needed to advance. Today, he channels that experience and competitive spirit into building platforms that empower athletes and transform the way they connect with opportunities.
As Co-Founder of Viszy, Goba brings a strong blend of technical expertise and business leadership. He is committed to pushing innovation forward while keeping Viszy rooted in its mission: creating a true home for the sports world. By athletes, for athletes.
