Welcome to Viszy, a platform for athletes, coaches, and fans to share highlights, connect, and grow their sports presence. By creating an account or using Viszy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's consent to use Viszy. If you are under 13, you may not use Viszy.

1. Who Can Use Viszy

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Viszy.

  • If you're under 18, you need parent/guardian approval.

  • You are responsible for making sure your use of Viszy follows your school, team, league, and local rules — especially for Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals.

2. Compliance with Governing Rules

By using Viszy, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring your activities on and off the platform comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and governing body rules, including but not limited to NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and state high school athletic association rules. Viszy does not provide legal advice or compliance guidance and will not be liable for any violations or penalties resulting from your participation in activities facilitated through the platform.

3. Your Account

  • Keep your login secure — don't share your password.

  • Use your real identity — no fake names, fake stats, or pretending to be someone else.

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Content You Post

  • You own the content you post (photos, videos, highlights, "takes," Viszy Cards).

  • By posting, you give Viszy permission to display, share, and promote your content within the app and in our marketing.

  • You can delete your content at any time, but copies may remain in backups for a limited time.

5. What You Cannot Post or Do

You may not:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against others.

  • Post sexual content involving minors (instant ban).

  • Upload copyrighted material without permission.

  • Manipulate Aura points, votes, or leaderboards through cheating.

  • Spread false or harmful information.

6. NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) & Monetization

  • Viszy does not negotiate NIL deals — we provide tools for visibility only.

  • You are solely responsible for:

    • Following NCAA, NAIA, NFHS, state, or school NIL rules.

    • Handling your own contracts and payments.

    • Paying taxes on NIL income.

  • "Support This Athlete" links (GoFundMe, Venmo, etc.) are third-party services — Viszy is not responsible for payments or disputes.

7. Points & Rankings

  • Aura Points: Earned when others recognize your highlight videos. Limits apply (e.g., 3 Aura given per day). Points may reset weekly for leaderboards.

  • Knowledge Points: Earned for correct predictions when others disagreed.

  • Crowd Points: Earned for agreeing with the community's overall verdict on "Takes."

  • Points have no cash value and may be changed or removed by Viszy at any time.

8. Swipe System (Athlete ↔ Coach Matching)

  • Matches are created when both parties swipe right.

  • Matches are not endorsements — use caution when communicating or meeting in person.

9. Location & Leaderboards

  • Location helps show local leaderboards, challenges, and top performers.

  • You can toggle between Local and Global leaderboards.

  • Location may be detected by GPS, IP address, or entered manually.

10. Safety & Liability

Viszy is not responsible for:

  • Injuries from sports or training.

  • Accuracy of stats or claims made by users.

  • Deals, sponsorships, or payments from third parties.

  • Content posted by other users.

11. Ending or Limiting Your Account

We can suspend or delete accounts for:

  • Breaking these Terms.

  • Posting harmful or illegal content.

  • Cheating or abusing point systems.

Confidentiality

By accessing or using Viszy during its beta phase, you acknowledge that all non-public features, designs, and related information are the exclusive property of RIGOventures LLC. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or attempt to reverse-engineer any aspect of the platform. This obligation survives your participation in the beta and your use of the platform.

NCAA Compliance

Viszy is a tool designed to support athlete visibility and connections. All users agree to follow applicable NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations regarding recruiting, eligibility, and communication. Viszy does not assume responsibility for violations of NCAA or institutional policies by users; it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all governing rules.

  • What data we collect.

  • How location is used.

  • How we store your content and information.

15. Disputes & Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.

  • Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

16.SMS Communications

  • By providing your phone number and using Viszy, you agree to receive account-related SMS messages, including verification codes and security notifications.

    Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

    You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP.

17. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll post changes in the app and may notify you by email or push notification.
